A quality engineer ensures a company’s products and processes meet internal, customer and regulatory requirements. In Morocco the function is deeply embedded in automotive (Renault, Stellantis, tier suppliers), aerospace (Midparc), agri-food and pharma.

Scope

  • Build and sustain the quality management system (QMS);
  • Internal audits, non-conformity handling, CAPA;
  • Quality KPIs — PPM, FPY, Cp/Cpk, customer-return rate;
  • Customer complaint resolution — 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa;
  • Certification maintenance — ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (automotive), EN 9100 (aerospace), ISO 13485 (medical devices), ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 (food safety);
  • Preparation for customer audits and recertifications.

Skills

  • Quality tools — FMEA, MSA, SPC, 5S, control plans;
  • Relevant sector standards;
  • Reading engineering drawings and understanding process flows;
  • Professional French and English; German valued in automotive.

Training

Engineering schools (EMI, EHTP, ENSA, ENSAM), ENIM Rabat, ESITH Casablanca (textiles), IFMIA for automotive. Lean Six Sigma certifications (Green/Black Belt) are valued.
