A logistics coordinator plans and coordinates material, product and information flows across a supply chain. In Morocco the role is concentrated around Tanger Med, Casablanca-Mohammedia, Kénitra (automotive), Jorf Lasfar (OCP) and the Zenata and Sapino logistics platforms.

Scope

  • Procurement — supplier purchase orders, lead-time tracking, import management;
  • Production planning — S&OP, MPS, MRP in industry;
  • Warehouse operations — receiving, slotting, picking, inventory;
  • Transport — mode selection (road, sea, air), RFQs, shipment tracking;
  • Customs — documentation, liaison with freight forwarders and ADII;
  • KPIs — service level, OTIF, inventory turns, logistics cost per kg/revenue.

Skills

  • Advanced Excel, ERPs (SAP MM/SD/PP, Oracle, Sage X3), WMS (Reflex, Generix, Manhattan);
  • International transport — Incoterms, FCL/LCL, CMR waybill, bill of lading;
  • Accuracy, calm under pressure, problem-solving;
  • Professional French and English; Spanish useful for Spain imports.

Training

BTS/DUT logistics, professional licences in logistics and supply chain, ISCAE Supply Chain, engineering schools with an industrial track. APICS CPIM / CSCP certifications are valued.
