Construction and civil engineering (BTP) is among Morocco’s largest employers, supported by a continuous pipeline of infrastructure, residential and commercial real estate, and major sports and hospital facilities.

Major programmes

  • Ports — Tanger Med, Nador West Med, expansion of Jorf Lasfar;
  • Motorway network extensions;
  • High-speed rail Kénitra-Marrakech extension (Al Boraq);
  • Stadiums and facilities for AFCON and the 2030 World Cup;
  • University hospitals (CHU Agadir, Rabat, Tangier, Nador, Laâyoune);
  • Social housing and new-town programmes (Zenata, Tamesna, Sahel Lakhiayta).
