Offshoring in Morocco refers to service activities delivered from Morocco to foreign clients, mostly European (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Germany) and to a lesser extent North American. The sector employs tens of thousands of people across three main families: BPO (contact centres), ITO (IT services) and KPO (higher-value knowledge services).

KPO — Higher-value services
Outsourced finance, legal, HR and accounting; engineering offices; graphic design; medical transcription. Typical employers: CFC-licensed firms and captive subsidiaries of French groups.
