Note. This is the statutory minimum. A more generous collective agreement, company agreement or settlement may raise it. Abusive-dismissal damages (art. 41, 1.5 months/year capped at 36 months), pay in lieu of notice, and accrued-leave cash-out are additive where applicable. In case of gross misconduct (art. 39), statutory severance is not owed.
